In an email dated 31 August 2017 Carolyn SANDS nee FERGUSON wrote that her father died in Detroit, Michigan, in 2016, followed by the death of her mother in June 2017. She died at Novi, Oakland County, Michigan, USA, on 6 June 2017 aged 90. She had fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. (revised 01.09.2017)
