NOTES & QUERIES:
According to Wisconsin Births 1826-1926 a son of Frederick BEECHAN (sic) and Marianne ELGOOSE (sic) was born at Superior, Wisconsin, USA on 17 July 1905. Frederick was said to have been born in Scotland and Marianne in Canada.
The daughter of Leslie FERGUSON (1927-2016) wrote that her father always spoke of Aunt Minnie's husband in glowing, respectful, and almost reverent terms.
