  WILLIAM PEACOCK There is no trace trace of a marriage between WILLIAM PEACOCK & SUSANNA in the Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, registers but, intriguingly, there are the following baptisms: CAROLINE, daughter of WILLIAM PEACOCK and SUSANNA, watchmaker, was baptised on 19 April 1812. She was born on 7 January 1812. JOSEPH, son of WILLIAM and SUSANNA PEACOCK, watchmaker, was baptised on 19 September 1813. He was born on 21 August 1813. ANN, daughter of WILLIAM and SUSANNA PEACOCK, watchmaker, was buried at Chatteris on 8 December 1813 aged 4, i.e. born circa 1809. SUSANNA AUSTIN, daughter of WILLIAM and SUSANNA PEACOCK, watchmaker, was baptised on 21 April 1816. She was born on 15 March 1816. DANIEL CHARLES CALDECOTT, son of WILLIAM and SUSANNA PEACOCK, watchmaker, was baptised on 25 December 1825. He was born on 24 June 1822. There is no evidence to link these baptisms with the children of WILLIAM and HANNAH PEACOCK at Spalding, but both WILLIAM PEACOCKs were watchmakers and there is no conflict between the dates of baptism or birth of their respective children. Perhaps just a coincidence. SUSANNA, wife of WILLIAM PEACOCK, watchmaker, was buried at Chatteris on 26 December 1836 aged 52 (i.e. born in 1783 or 1784).
