      James, son of Wm and Ann PLOWRIGHT, was baptised at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, on 25 January 1787.

      James PLOWRIGHT, a 25 year old bachelor from Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, married 21 year old spinster Mary WHITESHED at Spalding, Lincolnshire, on 8 April 1813 by licence. Mary signed her name "WHITESHEAD". Witnesses were Chas. HANDLEY and Rebbeca Dieppie.
