At the time of the 1891 William CRAFT, a 28 year old Frampton born railway signalman, was living at Palmerstown, Cadoxton juxta Barry, Glamorgan, Wales, with his wife Emma M. CRAFT and two children. Emma was 30 years old and was born at Darley Abbey, Derbyshire. Their daughter Rose A. CRAFT was 5 years old and was born at Hull, Yorkshire. Their son Frank CRAFT was 3 years old and was born at Royston, Yorkshire (RG12/4407/31/15).
