There is not yet any proof that this is the correct marriage The 1861 census of 3 Ash Road, Seale, Surrey: DANIEL LOWE, head, aged 62, widower, farmer of 3 acres and cowkeeper, born at Farnham, Surrey; DANIEL LOWE, son, aged 21, unmarried, agricultural labourer, born at Aldershot, Hampshire; ANNE STANTON, housekeeper, aged 31, servant, unmarried, born at Bath, Somerset. (RG9/434/95/1) The 1871 census of Ash Road, Seale, Surrey: DANIEL LOWE, head, aged 72, widower, cowkeeper, born at Seale; ANNE STANTON, servant, aged 41, unmarried, housekeeper, born at Bath, Somerset. (RG10/820/140/23) The death of a DANIEL LOWE aged 75 was registered in 1873 (GRO March 1873 Farnham 2a 62). NOTE: An AGNES LOWE was buried at Seale, Surrey, aged 52, in 1853, i.e. born in 1798 or 1799 and perhaps the wife of DANIEL.
