Witnesses were George DIXON, John CASS, and Henry FERRIS. (Tasmanian Archives) Note: Henry BERESFORD, a former convict, had to seek permission to marry. Susan BERESFORD, widow, married John DICKENSON, gentleman, widower, by licence at St. Paul's Church, Glenorchy, Tasmania, on 21 August 1883. Witnesses were John Henry DICKENSON and Frank DICKENSON.
