      "In the name of God Amen I John HOLBORNE of Westbie in the Countye of Lincoln Laborer being sicke in bodie but yet of good and p(er)feck remembrance doe ordayne and make this mye last will and testament in manner and forme as followeth
      First I doe give and bequeath mye soule into the mercifull hands of Almighty god my heavenlie father And Creator who gave yt unto me fullie trustinge and assuredlie hopinge to be saved by the precious bloud of his most deare sonne Jesus Christe alone which I acknowledge to be mye alone Saviour and Redeemer And my bodie to be buried in Christian buriall w(i)thin the Churche yarde of Basingthorpe & westbie aforesaid
