  DORINDER HUDSON CROFT née FLATTERS 1848-1873 A photograph of a mourning card commemorating Dorinder Hudson CROFT who died on 9 July 1873 was found amongst photographs to be scanned. It could have come from my visit to Aberdeen, South Dakota, or to Edinburgh or Lincolnshire. She was 25 years old and had been interred at Attercliffe Church, Sheffield. From the 1851 census of Hammond Beck, Swineshead, Lincolnshire: William FLATTERS, head, married, aged 32, agricultural labourer, born at Billinghay, Lincolnshire; Elizabeth FLATERS, wife, married, aged 41, born at Wigtoft, Lincolnshire; Mary J. FLATTERS, daughter, aged 9, born at Algarkirk, Lincolnshire; Eliza A. FLATTERS, daughter, aged 8, born at Algarkirk, Lincolnshire Abraham FLATTERS, son, aged 6, born at Algarkirk, Lincolnshire; *Dorinda FLATTERS, daughter, aged 3, born at Algarkirk, Lincolnshire.
