      The Will of John TEB (????-1688) of Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, husbandman:

      "In the name of God Amen the 29th day of november 1686 : Acording to the Computation of the Church of England I John TEB of Pinchbeck in the County of Lincoln husbandman Being sick & weak butt of Good & perfect memory Praised be God doe make & ordayn this my Last will & Testament in maner and form following.................................................
      First I Bequeath my Soul into the hand of Almighty God my maker hoping that through the Meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Savior and Redeemer to Receive free pardon and forgivesness for all my sins and as for my Body to be Buryed in Christian Buryall att the discretion of my Executtrix here after nominated................................
      It(e)m I Give unto my sonn Willm YOUNG the Bond of Tho. MARRATT which is four pounds & the bond of Joseph EDGOOSE which is five pounds, & I order my sonn Rob(er)t TEB to give him twenty shillings more which makes that sum ten pounds.
      It(e)m I give to my sonn Dannell TEB a Bond of Willm BROWNEs which is ten pounds & I give him a bond of John ROBINSONS of the manor house which is ten pounds.
      It(e)m I give to my daughter Jone JACKSON a bond of the widow Jane DAUDES [?] which is five pound & a bond of Richard ANSELLs which is five pound & a bond of Anthohony [sic] WILSONs which is three pounds & a bond of samuel JACKSONs of Donington which is three pounds ten shillings & I order my son Robert TEB to give her thirty shillings more which make the sum Eighteene pounds
      It(e)m I Give to my sonn danel TEB all my aparell both Lining & Wollin & all the bonds to be delvered with in a week after my desease
      It(e)m all the Rest of houses Leases Lands tenements and goods what soever I give unto my sonn Robert TEB for ever upon Condition that he shall Pay all my debts and Legacies and I make him sole Executrix of this my Last Will & testament Revoking all other Wills & Testaments
