      "In the name of God Amen I Robert HARRISON of Pinchbeck in the p(ar)ts of Holland and County of Lincoln husbandman being sicke in bodie but of good remembrance thanks be given to God for yt doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in mannor & forme as followes for yt
      First and espeacially I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker trusting to be saved by the ulone meritts of Jesus Christ my Redeemer And my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Pinchbeck aforesaid
      Imprimis I give to Elizabeth SUMMERS my servant the Trusse bed stead that I lie one, the Featherbed two Coverlids, two boulsters, the Curtains that hungeth uba-(?) it. One redd flect Cowe, three Ewes & one hogg, one great Brasse pann, and u Braasse pott which is Comonly used two paire of the best sheets, one Firkin of Butter, and three stone of Cheese, And the full som(m)e of Five pounds of Lawfull English Money to be paid by my Executor wh(ith)in three monethes next ufter my decease, my wiefes best goone, one great Redd Chist, one great browne Chist, & two Pewter Chardgers, And my will is that the Cowe and the sheepe shalbe kept by my Executor untill the Annunciac(i)on of the Blessed Virgin Mary next Com(m)ing ufter the day of the date hereof.
      I(mprimi)s I give to John SYSON Three Ewes und three Lambs, one Brasse pott & Foure stone of Cheese, two paire of sheets, u boulster. the Bedstead w(hi)ch he hath oft [illegible - admired?], u wooleing coveerlid, u blanckett, one Black wooling goone And the said sheepe to be kept by my Executor us uforesaid
      It(e)m I give to Ellin WELLS my Apprintice one stand Bedstead w(it)h the bedding as it now standeth, One Brasse pott, two paire of harden sheep, And Five pounds of good und Lawfull Money of England to be put Forth by my Executor w(it)hin one moneth next ufter my decease to the onely use and behoof of the said Ellin untill she shall uccomplish the age of one & twenty yeares
      It(e)m I give to the said Ellin sixe Ewes to be kept by my Execut(or) as uforesaid one russett Petticoate, one Chiste, & one Coffer as they now stand together And I give the Indentures of my said Upprentice to Elizabeth SUMMERS my said servant shee to keepe the said Ellin untill her terme of yeares be uccomplished expressed in the said Indentures.
      It(e)m I give to Ann SUDBURY one Ewe & Lambe
      It(e)m I give to Roger BINCKES (?) my best suite of Apparrell
      It(e)m I give to Will(ia)m ACHUR one other suite of Apparrell.
      It(e)m I give to Rob(er)t EDGOOSE my godsonne halfe the wheat and halfe the Rie , which is now sowne upon the ground upon Condic(i)on that he shall suffer my Executor to sowe the land w(hi)ch is to be sowne w(it)h hempe and halfe the hemp after it be sowene und Come to p(er)fec(i)on, And my will is that my Executor shall at the time of yeare when it is fitt und ready to be gathered at his descriec(i)on (illegible) one Workefolkes, und the said Robert EDGOOSE to beare halfe the Charges, And then yt is equally either by shoaffe or stocke, uccording to the true intent of this my Will.
      It(e)m I give to Rich(ar)d READ one dubbitt & jerkin , & one ewe & u lambe
      All the rest of my goods und Chattells not before gven & bequeathed I give them to Barnard MANNERS whome I make my soale Executor of this my last will & Testament: to pay & receave my debts, discharge my Legacies & to bring my Bodie to the ground And I make Suprovisors of this my will Will(ia)m HARVIE und Will(ia)m CHADDOCK & I give them twelve pence u peece .
